About the Diagnostic Test CalculatorThis diagnostic test calculator is of value to clinicians andresearchers who wish to understand the accuracy and reliability ofa diagnostic test. Easy to navigate input fields allow the user to analyse adiagnostic test quickly and effectively.The results of the diagnostic test calculator display thepost-test probability of disease given the pre-test probability ofthe characteristics of the specific diagnostic test. Results areshown as absolute values and also as an easy to use graph(nomogram) and summary table.The app gives you a clear analysis and also, given a samplesize, will show the confidence intervals clearly.
